Police continue hunt for Barragup armed robber

POLICE are still searching for a man wanted in relation to an armed robbery in Barragup earlier this year.

On September 13 at 6.15pm a man carrying a blue shopping bag was spotted acting suspiciously near the checkout area at the Spud Shed on Pinjarra Road.

A staff member followed the man to the carpark and when the man was asked for his receipt he became aggressive and pulled a knife on the staff member.

The man pointed the blade towards the staff member and threatened violence before fleeing the area in a red vehicle.

The offender is described as fair-skinned, between 30-40 years old, about 165cms tall with a medium build.

He had shaved light brown hair and a big scar down the back, right-hand side of his head.

He was wearing a blue jumper, black t-shirt with a white and gold logo and blue, three-quarter length denim shorts.
